I might have to order a larger one from the nice people at Silicone Moulds.
Your tip about lining the base with baking paper is a good one. I didn't and it stuck! Will definitely line it next time.
I have bought moulds from Silicone Moulds before and they have worked well, the cakes all turning out with minimal sticking. Their friand mould is very good and I also got an English madeleine mould which I have yet to try......remember those - little conical shaped sponges covered in jam and coconut......?Jeanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09726164724131916224noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1554428418150974947.post-63143716120962931582016-01-18T10:42:31.024+01:002016-01-18T10:42:31.024+01:00Super ces silicone moules, greeting from Belgium

I seem to remember using a fatless whisked sponge recipe, possibly either from the Be-Ro book or my old Homepride Flour cook book.
Yours looks delicious.Jeanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09726164724131916224noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1554428418150974947.post-6369413759162228812015-11-06T08:18:55.528+01:002015-11-06T08:18:55.528+01:00As a non-sugar-eater, I now have 'drool' a...As a non-sugar-eater, I now have 'drool' all over my keyboard.
